i wonder why i always try so hard to get people to join me in things that i like, but when i finally get that i want to be alone. i think there is something to be said about humanity's innate desire for companionship no matter the consequences

"and as another chapter of your life comes to a close, you can't help but peek behind the curtain wondering what's next" funny little quote i thought of as i process today. and i wonder what will be in store for me? i think it'll be weird to be on my own again, but at least i get that familiarity back. on one hand i'm sad i lost the one person who was the closest to understanding me, but on the other hand i knew it was just a matter of time. gonna work on some things i've been delaying and try to distract myself for a bit. did that today even, fully modded wii u finished today and i'll mod the vwii tomorrow! then all my nintendo consoles 3ds era and back will be modded (except my game boy bc its literally. what would you do with a modded gameboy all it does is play cartridges LMAO) OH I ALMOST FORGOT. got my video camera! gonna document so much stuff >:)

almost DIED today of 3 tests, relationship, and general i hate being here. but! jailbreaking my wii u rn to add to my collection of jailbroken consoles. also i have my copy of splatoon 1 now so i have all 3 with me! gonna watch a bunch of movies or do something nice bc man are emotions crazy when you don't know what they are, just that they don't feel good lmao. don't know if i'm playing squid first or jailbreaking first but i'll add my amiibo as soon as i know! (fun fact: you can scan amiibo through the box! - at least on switch)

back at home yaaaaay! fixed my dad's ipod nano while i'm here bc it's been on my mind (also i'm the one who messed it up in the first place ._.") there's so much old nostalgic music on here! the they might be giants songs (for kids) he used to play, lots of jesus music, earth wind and fire, and maze + frankie beverly <3333 next on the agenda, gonna grab the video camera to bring back with me to start vlogging! after effects and premiere pro are giving me shit about my graphics card though so i might just,, either pirate an older version or find a less onery software to deal with. because it's not worth the hassle xD it keeps telling me my graphics card is out of date but it's less than a year old like???? i don't have rtx 4090s just lying around or something if that's what u want man?? (can you tell i googled most powerful graphics card im actually not all into hardware stuff) T-T seems i have a new long term project though, i've got this old computer with an hhd my fam used to use as long as i can remember (pre 2010) and i need stuff off of the hard drive but it KEEPS. SHUTTING. OFF. so either i find the source to that problem or i nuke the whole thing and take the drive out and connnect it to another computer to steal the data :p decisions decisions
mini update on the previous post though, my braids are back!! i wanted neon green but couldn't find it in the hair store in the right lenghth so had to settle for much more tame maroon. which sucks. but i'll take any color i can get at the end of the day!

getting my braids back soon. afro is very gender however annoying to manage since i wake up so close to the beginning of school. i'll get it back later on or in summertime lol. can't wait for all of the "omg u change ur hair so much i didn't recognize you" when i literally don't look like anyone else and "change" my hair once a month -_- the change is literally just getting a rebraid and a new color on occasion! and yet!
